RETURN POLICY
We want to guarantee that your purchase is fulfilling to your needs. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order on RoyaltyEssentials.net.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return unused products within (14) days from the date of delivery. Please make sure all products have not been torn, ripped, bleached, or carry any residue. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SENT.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The product (s) you return must be sent back to us:

Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in the same condition it was received.

If all products are in tact and is in the same condition sent we will refund the value of the return(s)/order(s), with Sales Tax included. We will not refund for any returns that does not satisfy all of the conditions listed above.
Compliance Checks For Returned Products
All products must be returned in a perfect condition with all tags, stickers, buttons, and materials attached. If have the right not to accept any returns on products that shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, shape or form. We may offer exchange according to each order.
*You will be notified if the return products cannot be accepted because of the condition(s) of the order. Please read above paragraph for more.
Please try on products without removing any tags and seals. Returns will not be accepted without the tag or seal.
For beauty products there will NOT be any turns due to the fact beauty products requires touch, smell, and opening of the packages.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed within (10) business days of our receipt of your product. Payment will be sent to original card payment method used to make order on website. For credit card payments the refund time depends on the credit and debit card company's policy.
