When will I be charged for my purchase?
For all items you will be charged for all of the items you collected in your website. You will be charged once method of payment is entered and you begin to check out. A following email confirmation will be sent to the email you provided.
Can I cancel my order?
Once order is made you have 24 hours to email contact@royaltyessentials.net Contact Us to email us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once submitted.

Where Is my order?
Once order has been placed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the order to be packed and sent out to the carrier. Upon your order you will receive an email that has been given when when order has been placed with the tracking information so that you are able to track package online.

Is Shipping available for weekends and holidays?
During weekends and holidays there will be No available shipping. We will send out your order the following Monday during business hours.
Is Shipping available for multiple addresses?
Shipping is not available for multiple addresses. We can only ship out orders to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses please order for each location.
What is the Shipping Policy?
For international shipping and returns the cost of shipment will be different.
