HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we pect the returned items. This process may take up to 5 business days after we receive the return.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?To start a return, email us at contact@royaltyessentials.net with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll guide you through the process.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process the refund. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE?We require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, for all returns and refunds.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?Yes, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items like opened lip balms. However, if the packaging is unopened, the product may be eligible for a return.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICYWe offer returns and refunds for products within 14 days of purchase, provided the item(s) is unused and remains in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our lip balm, which comes into close contact with the product, we cannot accept returns for this item unless the packaging remains unopened.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE?Yes, clearance items and promotional products are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
